With the release of the new National School Library Standards, AASL is developing new standards for school librarian preparation programs that will shape the next generation of school librarians. In this session, you will get a preview of the broad preparation program standards, components, and rubrics. Attendees will also get an early look at a crosswalk of these standards with other sets of standards that impact school librarians including Future Ready.
