Learn tips about running a Maker Space and Breakout boxes with middle and high schoolers. I will discuss free and low cost Makerspace options resources that work. I will also have several items for you to try such as a 3D printing pen and Little Bits electronics. For our Breakout boxes, I will share free links, ideas, and resources for you to get started - or add to - your clue-building repertoire. Try some hands-on clue hiding ideas beyond the standard Breakout boxes. and leave with ideas you can use tomorrow! (And in the near future, maybe you will also hear your students say, "But I don't want to go to lunch; I want to stay in class!")
