Collaborating with elementary science teachers to support the North Carolina Essential Science Standards focusing on Energy: Conservation and Transfer and Force and Motion. Participants will collaborate in creating labs that can be used in their media centers to demonstrate and support science standards and connect to non-fiction text covering portions of the K-5 physical science strand.
