Hey Y'all!
I used to be a big TV junkie binge watching all the shows like Grey’s Anatomy and Gossip Girl getting lost in all the drama and entertainment. I just loved to get wrapped up in a good story line and it was my escape from the normal 9-5 hustle... until the day I became a mother.

Carlee Bug came into my life and next thing I knew my days of McDreamy went all McDisney in a hot second and the hustle got even harder. Y'all who's got time to watch your favorite shows when you got a baby attached to our hip in the most precious way. #justsayin

As she grew older, she started dancing and I found myself occupying my time in the lobby reading books while I waited for her practice to end. Now look, I was NOT a reader...but I ended up reading like 3-4 books a WEEK soon after whether in the grocery aisle or car ride.

My reading hobby had turned therapy and next thing I knew... turned career. Women were asking me what books to read next and next thing I knew I had started a blog sharing all my love for books.

Turns out, writing was my new way to escape from all the busy... so I wrote my first book series and was published shortly after. And now? 9 books and 6 short stories later, here I am writing and sharing all my real life YA & Coming of Age fiction stories so if you love a good sweet southern read... I'm your girl.
